Oct. 1 2008: Evening of the French language debate, at the National Arts Centre, leading to the federal election of Oct.14th.. Party enthusiasts lined Elgin St. prior to the arrival of the leaders. Le 1er octobre 2008: La soirée du débat, en langue française, au Centre National des Arts, precédent l'élection fédérale du 14 octobre. Les partisans des partis s'alignent le long de la rue Elgin avant l'arrivée des chefs.

Oct. 19 2008: Summit of the Francophonie in Quebec City attended by the heads of state of French-speaking nations, commemorating Quebec's 400th. anniversary celebrations. Photo shows the entrance of La Citadelle next to the Plains of Abraham. The Governor-General was celebrating with her invited guests, the African Heads of State.

Le 19 octobre 2008: Les chefs d'états des pays francophones se sont reunis a Québec, pour Le Sommet de la Francophonie, commémorant le 400e anniversaire de la Ville de Québec. Visit to the Grey Cup Village, Saturday Nov. 22nd.. The Canadian Duality Flag welcomed visitors from across Canada. It was also present greeting fans at the entrance of the Olympic Stadium on game day.
La visite au Village de la Coupe Grey, samedi le 22 novembre. Le Drapeau Dualité Canadienne a souhaité le bienvenue aux amateurs du football, d'à travers le Canada, ainsi qu'à l'entrée du stade Olympique, avant le match de dimanche.

Lining up for our 15th. consecutive parade, celebrating Canada's linguistic duality and mutual respect for French and English Canada. Our mascot was a huge hit with the princesses and the crowd.
Préparation du notre 15e parade consécutive, célébrant notre dualité linguistique et le respect mutuel entre le Canada anglais et le Canada français. Notre mascotte fut très populaire parmi les princesses et la foule.
